Dave Filipchuk, Board Chair, formerly President and CEO, of PCL for over a decade, has been instrumental in driving Edmonton’s economic growth through his leadership in the construction industry, spearheading projects that have shaped the city’s infrastructure and created countless jobs. Dave began his career with PCL in 1984 and, over the last several decades, moved up the ranks from Field Engineer to leading Canada’s largest general construction company with projects reaching far beyond our borders.
