Ignite is a one-day experience designed to help young people explore what’s possible when they take ownership of their future. Through inspiring conversations, hands-on learning, and entrepreneurship, students will have the opportunity to discover their strengths, explore different career paths, and think intentionally about the choices that will shape what comes next.

The day will feature three inspiring speakers: Amy Roy Gratton, a certified career coach and two-time JA Salesperson of the Year who helps young people recognize and market their own skills; Lindsey Machona, leadership and identity transformation coach and founder of The Unordinary, who challenges young people to embrace their unique journeys and lead with courage; and Janet James, who will speak about the power of intentional relationships, personal values, and having the courage to step outside of your comfort zone.

Students will also participate in a hands-on entrepreneurship workshop hosted by Concordia University and enjoy a complimentary lunch.
