Executive Training is a pivotal moment in the JA Company Program journey, giving students the opportunity to step into leadership roles and better understand the responsibilities that come with running a company. This experience bridges the gap between learning and doing, helping students recognize how their individual contributions impact their teams, their businesses, and their own personal growth. 

Held on March 7, 2026 at Stantec Tower, Executive Training welcomed 33 students who participated in leadership-focused sessions facilitated by five dedicated business volunteers. Through the guidance of experienced professionals, students explored best practices in business leadership, gained insight into effective decision-making, and developed a stronger understanding of their roles within their Company Program teams. 

Beyond learning about departments and business operations, students were encouraged to reflect on how their leadership skills connect to their everyday lives. Whether they were leading a team, managing finances, creating marketing strategies, or supporting their peers, students gained the confidence to see themselves as capable leaders.
