The She LEADS Movement
She LEADS recognizes the importance of strong female role models for today’s young girls. There are experiences unique to women in life and in the workplace, and having the insight of others who have been through similar situations can only benefit these ambitious youth.
Girls experience a worrying drop in self-confidence in their teen years. JA believes it’s crucial to take action to foster resilience and inspire more young women to pursue business and entrepreneurship. JA is the solution.
Our She LEADS movement has become a powerful initiative that equips girls with the skills and confidence to succeed.

How She LEADS Began
She LEADS was inspired by one of our Company Program teams this 2023/24 school year. This team formed organically, and the participants, many of whom had been in a mixed cohort of the Company Program the year prior, expressed their appreciation and comfort in building a business as an all-girl cohort. This unique experience strengthened the teams’s bond and gave them a unique perspective, as you’ll hear in this video.
